Electronic money is a service that can be processed in a mobile phone, Through this service, the customer can easily perform his financial transactions (cash transfer), pay bills, purchase, etc. without a bank account.Other features include using this service inside and outside Yemen through the customer's mobile phone, and it should be connected to a phone number that is considered an electronic account number. Various agents and points of services everywhere in Yemen, even the districts and village level
m-TEAM is a method developed to enable access to hard-to-reach communities to deliver humanitarian
assistances whenever neither implementers nor the financial service providers can access these
communities. Our mobile team members come from within the same communities and supported with digital
solutions to make payments happen in both gathering points (temporary community centers or door to
door). Door to Door was developed by Humanitarian Transfers and deployed it at the emergence of
COVID-19.

with networks including banks network, exchangers houses network, E-wallets service providers and
businesses houses enable clients to access the different services of different providers from one
channel, in the meant me service providers sell their products efficiently.
