Yemen Emergency Electricity Access Project (YEEAP)
(YEEAP) is an operation that seeks to improve access to electricity in rural and semi-urban areas within the Republic of Yemen. The project financed by the World Bank (grant from IDA), and implemented by UNOPS. The three-year project will finance distributed solar solutions to provide urgently-needed access to electricity in Yemen.
YCASH participated in the project different activities like educating the beneficiaries about setting up , maintenance, and battery disposal , receiving notes and complaints by the beneficiaries through the toll-free phone number of the company, distribution process in different governorates targeted by the project using different methods (agents -mobile teams) the total systems distributed by YCASH reached 8100 system to 8100 households
